Any update on the whole radiation story and the class action lawsuit ?

I know what Apple said and what Samsung said about the radiation emitted being within limits, but first off, that's a test with limits set that you're using your phone with 2 mm or 55 mm away from you. Like how is that even practical ? You hold your phone in your hands. There's no 2 or 5 mm. You touch your head with it when calling. Again, it's on your body. The whole test for this limit seems wrong to say the least.

For those that don't know, a while ago the Tribune made some tests on some iPhone models and on some Samsung models and results showed that the devices emitted way above the safety limit put into place by the FCC.

The iPhone 7 and the Samsung S8 in particular stand out with the highest levels. S8 measures at 7 W/kg with a limit of 1.6w/kg. It's the device I'm using now so I'm not very happy about this news.

Since then others have made tests too and they too share the same results. Tested iPhone models include 7 and up to the XR. All above the limit.
